Start with the agency tied to the custody event. A release from Hall County Jail and a discharge from a Texas prison are not the same record.
- Use the home page for the complete named-person search and records-request sequence.
- Ask the Plainview office about state parole and District Adult Probation about local community supervision.
- Check the 24-hour release page for Hall County’s verified alternatives to the feed the sheriff does not publish.
- Use TDCJ for a sentenced state prisoner, the BOP locator for federal custody, and the ICE locator only when an immigration transfer is indicated.
- Use the Hall County Jail page for facility-specific release and transfer contacts.
